PART V – Recommendation (Required of all applicants.)

Please have your high school band, orchestra or choir director, or your private music instructor complete the required recommendation form. You will need to give them the web address (https://www.mvnu.edu/musicscholarships) so they can either print the form or complete it online. Another option is for you to print the form and give it to the instructor. Printed forms may be returned by the student or the instructor. All forms should be submitted at least one week prior to the selected audition date.
